LR31 Important Dates

- Entry Period: July 26th – August 20th 2025

- Local Drop Off/Shipped Entries: All entries must be received at one of the the designated Houston homebrew shops on August 20th by 6:00 pm. The primary shipping/drop off location will be Sitta Brew Hub in Houston, Tx. Any other locations will be announced at a later date.
- Bottle sort will be done on Saturday August 23, 2025. Location is being worked out and will be announced when confirmed. Estimated start time of 10:00 am. Entries may be dropped of at bottle sort (assuming you plan to stay and help).
- Judging sessions will take place between August 25th and October 5th (a six week period) unless completed sooner. The best of show judging will take place no later than October 12th.
- LUNAR RENDEZBREW Awards Festival will take place on October 18th from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The event will be held at the Pearland Lions Club located at 3350 S Main St, Pearland, TX 77581. Tickets will go on sale September 1st with only 150 tickets available, so make sure to buy yours when they go on sale.
- There will be an after party this year at Vallenson’s Brewing from 7:00 pm until close. That gives our volunteers a chance to clear the hall and move the party just down the street. Luckily for those out of towners, there is a Holiday Inn Express right next door.
- The awards portion will also be broadcast on the Mashtronauts YouTube channel that you can find at YouTube.com/BayAreaMashtronauts. Please make sure you are subscribed to our channel and notified of updates so you don’t miss the big event. For any club that holds a watch party of the awards ceremony, please send us photos or video to share on the event page. We look forward to this event as a celebration of homebrew!
