First Friday Education Class
On the first Friday of every month at 6:30 pm, the Mashtronauts will present an hour and a half education class for dues paid members. Topics will vary, but some examples are malt & hop sensory training, yeast propagation, water chemistry, and beer style discussions.
What to bring: a 3 ring binder and 2 pens of different colors.
After the education portion of the class is complete, we will have a roundtable feedback session for you on competition beers for any of the upcoming competitions. We will sample, and give honest feedback as a judge in a competition would. Please feel free to bring any beers with you that you need some feedback on. This will not be a standard bottle share.
This will be an in person only event. Education classes are for dues paid members. If you are not currently a paid member and would like to participate, please see our website for how to join the Mashtronauts. Our dues are only $20 per year.
